Payment Methods

At RE Shopping, you can choose from the following three payment methods.

Shipping is free from 4/20 to 4/26.

If resale or fraudulent use is suspected, shipment may be put on hold or the order may be canceled until verification is completed.

Debit / PrepaidFor debit or prepaid cards, the amount may be withdrawn immediately at the time of authorization. If an order error causes the payment to be canceled, refunds may take some time to appear in your account.

Convenience Store Payment

After placing your order,enter the reception number and phone number at the in-store terminal, print the slip, and pay in cash at the register.

Payment DeadlineWithin 7 days from the order date (the exact deadline will be shown on the completion screen and in the email).

The reception number is shown in the payment completion email and on the thank-you page.
You also need to enter the phone number provided during the convenience-store payment process at the terminal.

How to Use

  1. Select "Convenience Store Payment" when orderingChoose convenience store payment on the payment method screen.
  2. Choose your store and enter your phone numberEnter the store and your phone number on the convenience store payment screen. Keep the phone number available because it is also required at the terminal.
  3. Save the reception numberThe reception number is shown in the payment completion email and on the thank-you page.
  4. Enter the reception number and phone number at the store terminalLawson / Mini Stop: Loppi, FamilyMart:FamiPort / Multi-copy machine, Seico Mart:Club Station.
  5. Bring the slip to the register and pay in cashPlease complete payment at the register within 30 minutes after the slip is issued.

Please do not miss the payment deadline
If the payment deadline passes, the order will be canceled automatically. Please complete payment within the deadline.

After payment at the convenience store, it may take several hours for the status to be reflected in the system.

Bank Transfer

Bank AccountThe bank account details will be shown on the thank-you page and in the order confirmation email after checkout.
Payment DeadlineWithin 5 days from the order date
Remitter NameAdd the order number at the beginning of the remitter name.
Example: 100000 YAMADA TARO
Transfer FeeThe transfer fee is borne by the customer.
Payment ConfirmationPayments are confirmed on business days, and a confirmation email will be sent afterward.
Transfers made on weekends or holidays will be checked on the next business day.

Important: If the payment deadline of 5 days passes, the order will be canceled automatically and product allocation will be released. Please complete your transfer as early as possible.

Retry Payment / Change Payment Method

If the payment screen was closed accidentally or a payment error was displayed, you can restart the payment procedure from My Page order history.
If the order is still unpaid, changing the payment method is also available from order history.
