Shipping Fees
| Base Shipping Fee | Flat rate JPY 700 (tax included) |

| Free Shipping | Free shipping applies when the product subtotal is JPY 20,000 or more. |
| Okinawa / Remote Islands | Additional shipping fees apply. Orders over JPY 20,000 are also excluded from free shipping in these areas. |
| Combined Shipping | Combining multiple orders into one shipment is not supported. Shipping charges apply to each order. |
Delivery Schedule
| Carrier | Orders are delivered by carriers designated by us, such as Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. Carrier selection is not available. |

| Regular Items | Shipped within 7 days after order and payment confirmation. |
| Pre-order Items | Shipped sequentially after the scheduled shipping start date shown on each product page. Shipping may be delayed due to production or logistics conditions. |
| Packing Slip / Receipt | The shipment completion email serves as the packing slip. Receipts can be downloaded from My Page order history. |
Delivery Notes
- Delivery date and time cannot be specified.
- Drop-off delivery and delivery box designation are not available.
- We do not support office hold, post office hold, or convenience store pickup.
- We do not ship internationally.
- If the carrier storage period expires, the package will be returned. In that case, round-trip shipping and handling fees may be charged.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is confirmed. Please check before ordering.
- If you cannot receive the package due to extended absence, reshipping fees will be borne by the customer.
