Terms of Use

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to all matters related to use of the Service and sales contracts concluded through the Service. If separate individual rules exist and conflict with these Terms, such individual rules shall prevail.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• User: An individual or entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service
• Product: Any item sold by the Company through the Service
• Sales Contract: A sales agreement for products concluded through the Service

Article 3 (Agreement to Terms)

A service agreement under these Terms shall be formed between the Company and the user when the user starts using the Service.

Article 4 (Purchase of Products)

1. A sales contract is formed when the order confirmation email from the Company reaches the user.
2. Even after formation of the contract, the Company may cancel it due to reasons such as stock shortage, display errors, or fraudulent orders.
3. The contract may also be canceled in cases of stock shortage, obvious pricing errors, or bulk orders reasonably suspected to be for resale.

Article 5 (Account Management)

Users shall manage their registered account information at their own responsibility. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from unauthorized use of an account.

Article 6 (Payment Methods)

Users shall pay product fees, including applicable taxes, by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method designated by the Company, under the user's own name.

Article 7 (Delivery and Transfer)

1. Delivery methods shall be governed by the applicable individual rules.
2. If an accident during delivery, non-arrival, misdelivery, damage, or missing items are suspected, users shall contact the Company promptly and cooperate with the investigation.

Article 8 (Returns, Exchanges, and Order Cancellation)

1. Returns are accepted only if the Company is contacted within 7 days after delivery, and only for defective, incorrect, or damaged items.
2. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following:
   • Used products
   • Products with removed tags
   • Products designated as non-returnable for hygiene reasons
3. The Company shall bear return shipping costs for eligible returned products.

Article 9 (Disclaimer Regarding Products)

Except where attributable to the Company, the Company shall bear no warranty or liability for damages caused by quality defects in products.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or legitimate right holders. Unauthorized reproduction or republication may be subject to legal action.

Article 11 (Changes or Suspension of the Service)

The Company may change or suspend the Service without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for resulting damages unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)

Personal information of users shall be handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

Article 13 (Damages)

The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by users in connection with the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 14 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)

Users represent and warrant that they do not fall under the category of antisocial forces.

Article 15 (Changes to the Terms)

The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms shall take effect when posted on this page.

Article 16 (Severability)

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

Article 17 (Application of RentEase Terms)

Matters not provided in these Terms shall be governed by certain provisions of the RentEase Terms, including account management, prohibited acts, and disclaimers. If these Terms conflict with such provisions, these Terms shall prevail.

Article 18 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes.
