Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)

Sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes is processed through PCI DSS-compliant systems and is not stored on the Company's own servers.

Article 9 (Third-Party Modules and External Transmission)

The Company uses tools such as Adjust, Meta advertising tools, and LINE. Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, and browsing history may be transmitted to those providers.

Article 10 (Outsourcing)

The Company may outsource part of its operations. In such cases, strict standards are applied and the contractors are supervised on an ongoing basis.

Article 11 (User Rights)

Users may make the following requests to the Company:

• Request for notice of purpose of use
• Request for disclosure
• Request for correction, addition, or deletion
• Request for suspension of use or deletion
• Request to stop third-party provision

Article 13 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for leakage of personal information in the following cases, except where caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence of the Company.

• Caused by the user's own actions
• Due to insufficient management of login information
• Due to unauthorized acquisition not attributable to the Company
• In the event of violation of the Terms of Use

Article 14 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

The Company may revise this Policy as necessary. The revised Privacy Policy shall take effect when posted on this page.
